Yesterday the Waypoint Realty Group closed on four properties totaling over $1.5 million, bringing the weekly total to $2.3 million in sales. Our agents represented a young couple with a new baby who wanted to sell their house on a busy street and move to a quieter neighborhood. We got their house under contract and found them the perfect home in two months time. The same day closings took careful planning, but went off without a hitch. We also helped a house "flipper" sell a home that he recently bought and through his hard work, made absolutely impeccable. It was his eighth such transaction with us and he is very happy with the results he gets working with us. In fact, we've already identified another house with hidden potential and value for him and will be submitting an offer on his behalf today. The house he just sold was bought by a couple first time home buyers who now own a beautiful home. Finally, we listed and sold a house that was an investment property for a woman who had done well with it over the years, but just didn't want to be a landlord anymore. The house was sold to a Coast Guard family transferring from Washington state who were absolutely great to work with. They called us one day and explained that they were only in town until later that day and were hoping to see the house. Twenty minutes later we were meeting them at the property. It turned out they really liked it, so we negotiated a deal that both the seller and buyers were pleased with. Always in constant contact, it didn't matter that the buyers were on the opposite side of the country. Again, with meticulous planning, the transaction went through without a problem.
